Yes. Our CI module tracks informant status, payments, reliability scores, and deconfliction. Agencies can generate payment vouchers, maintain approval workflows, and ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines.
Yes. We follow CJIS Security Policy requirements and offer optional TX-RAMP Level 2 and SOC 2 alignment. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and agencies retain complete ownership of their information.
Yes. Most customers use our secure, U.S.-based cloud hosting (Microsoft Azure), but on-premises deployment is available for agencies requiring internal hosting.
