We take the approach of ‘partnering’ with our users to develop the best possible case management software. We like to build the bridge between users and our developers. As a result, we continuously are working on enhancements and improvements.
If you want additional data fields or new modules, we will work directly with you to determine feasibility. In many cases, these enhancements are done at no additional charge, however, this is decided on a case by case basis.
The bottom line is that we are always looking for ways to improve our software and we cannot do it effectively without our users’ input.
Case Closed Software comes with a wide range of canned reports, and with the ability to generate ad hoc reports at will. If something is missing, we will work with you to design and develop specialized reports that give you the information you need in a way that you want to see it. All reports are custom to the individual customer’s needs.
Case Closed Software can connect with a variety of your current systems such as RMS, CAD, and a host of other internal or external data sources. Additionally, we can typically import historical data from your current case records systems at time of implementation.
